Bat Conservation International (BCI) Brand Identity

Brand Strategy // Copywriting

 

Bat Conservation International came to us for a brand refresh that would help them stand out among traditional conservation nonprofits, mobilize donors, and raise awareness of their mission to end bat extinctions worldwide.

As the senior copywriter and brand strategist working on this project, I worked closely with the BCI team and our internal designers to develop a distinct brand personality that represents their unapologetic, science-forward approach, and matches their unwavering mission to create meaningful change.

To ensure the new brand identity was consistent at every consumer touchpoint, we built a creative campaign that included a key messaging platform and new visual identity. We also developed a comprehensive brand guide to unify all communications.

The BCI rebrand culminated in a revitalized website that integrates educational resources with captivating bat imagery and videos of fearless conservationists and scientists in the field.
